VisiGen Biotechnologies, Inc., is based in Houston, TX. The company's global headquarters have been located in the Wilbury Biotechnology Center since 2002.

DNA Systems Software Engineer

Objective:

Develop signal recognition software to convert optical signals into DNA sequence readouts

Required knowledge/skills:

Bioinformatics

Database construction and analysis

Programming skills including C++ and Perl.

Physics background

Single molecule experience strongly preferred

Three years or more industry experience

Salary:

Salary commensurate with experience
